Home Couture Collection Purchasing Policies

Shipping Policy:

Is free shipping offered?

Home Couture Collection is excited to offer free shipping on certain product lines within the collection. It includes: accessories, ready-made art and paint palettes. Design made easy!

Calculated Shipping:

All other products: including pillow covers, pillow inserts, drapery & sheers, custom artwork, drapery hardware and designer packages (minus free shipping items included) are calculated based on your zip code and product weight. Simply add your product(s) to the cart, enter your shipping zip code and it will calculate the delivery cost. If there are items in your cart that are free shipping, they will not be counted when calculating the shipping rates.

Lead Times:

All orders will be processed the next business day. Since most items are custom made to order, lead times vary depending on the product and current stock available. Estimated lead times are located on the specific product pages. If you have a question about a specific product’s stock or if a receival date is required for an order, call customer service prior to placing an order. We are unable to expedite orders since our vendors work vigorously to provide you with a custom made luxurious product.

Return Policy:

Does the Home Couture Collection Offer Returns?

Some of our product line includes ready-made items and allow for returns within our return policy window. However, most of our product line is custom made specially for you and therefore, not available for return. Ordering fabric samples is highly encouraged for all of our pillow, drapery and sheers before placing your order. We are also happy to assist with any questions you have on our home décor line. Return Policy:

 Accessories, Pillow Inserts and Drapery Hardware:

  • We accept returns on accessories, pillow inserts and drapery hardware postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted. Simply email order@in-siteid.com with your order number. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed. Adhere to the original packaging and drop off to your local UPS location.
  • Returns postmarked within 7 days of delivery date get FREE return shipping!
  • For returns postmarked after 7 days of the delivery date, a $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount.
  • All items will be inspected upon arrival and must be undamaged, unused and unaltered in order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method 3-5 business days after your package is received.

Artwork and Wall Decor:

  • Any custom framed artwork is not available for return. All ready-made artwork and wall décor items are available for return. It will be noted as such in the product description page. Please call if there are any questions regarding a particular item.
  • We accept returns on ready-made artwork and wall décor items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 30 days will not be accepted. Accent Pillow Covers, Drapery & Sheers and Paint Palettes:

  • Accent pillows, drapery & sheers and paint palettes are not eligible for return. Due to the nature of these products being custom made especially for you, we cannot offer a return after an order has been placed. We recommend a fabric sample be requested prior to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Designer Packages:

  • See above for the individual product return policy.

Designer Consultations:

  • Please notify us immediately if you are looking to have a refund to a designer consultation package. If you have already corresponded with a designer and/or work on your project has begun, there is NO REFUND option available. Please ensure to review your cart carefully before placing any orders.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. All returned items will be refunded when they are received.
  • If another item is desired in its place, we recommend returning your item to us, then placing a new order.

 

Re-orders:

  • For re-orders of the same item and size, we are happy to honor previously used promotions within 90 days of the original purchase order. Call customer service or email order@in-siteid.com for assistance.

Multiple Order Returns: 

  • If you would like to return items that arrived in multiple orders or multiple packages, please ship them back in the original packaging. We will supply you with a different shipping label for each package. This will ensure that we will be able to process your return and refund quickly and accurately.

Damaged Items:

  • Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the item so that we may assist you with your order!
